Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of the Mantox Midweek Check-in. My name is Roger Nairn.

Connor Beaton is checking out all of our different Mantox communities down in the United States and

Canada, but it's going to be back very soon on our next episode. You know, we wanted to treat

these check-ins as an opportunity for everyone to take a step in the middle of the week and literally check

into how they're doing. How are you doing on your goals? How are you doing with your mastermind

partners, your accountability partners, you know, really take stock of what the week has been

like so far and what you can do to perhaps enhance the

rest of your week or just reflect on the good things that you've done so far. So take a step

back and literally check in. I also wanted to talk about the fact that this Friday is

Remembrance Day in Canada and Veterans Day in the United States. Maybe you do a really good job of thanking the veterans that are in your life or are in your community. But I do know that the vast majority of us don't. And I'm definitely one of those that doesn't do a good enough job. And we talk a lot about gratitude in the, in the

community. And I just want to put it out there and say that we're incredibly grateful for the

world that we live in and the safety that we have around us and the freedom that we get to

enjoy. And a lot of that has to do with the soldiers who have fought in wars previous.

And, you know, Remembrance Day and Veterans Day, it's only one day a year,

but I think it's a great opportunity for us to, you know,

reflect and thank those that have fought for the things that make our lives so great.

So I just wanted to put it out there that

if you happen to see a veteran around your community, whether it's a man or a woman,

you know, reach out to them and thank them for everything that they've done for us.

If you happen to have a ceremony going on in your community on Friday, perhaps there's

a parade or some sort of a moment of silence. I encourage you to take

time out of your day to take part in that. And when you, when you're silent and when you have a
