hi Desi. We're back. We're back from Kettle Bell class. Yeah,

Yeah, feeling like loose Lucy Leduca over here. Yeah, we're barely standing,

barely holding it together. We're shaking. I was shaking during those last sets. I didn't think I was going to be able to

pull through. I didn't have enough protein before that class, for sure.

What did you eat for breakfast?

I had a nut bar.

And then I had nuts.

And then I did stop to get a little chicken pack. So I had a bite of

chicken, but I didn't have that much because it's like, I'm not eating that before class.

I can't eat chicken before noon. I know it was not appealing but I was like I

need something. It was literally like I'm fueling my body. Yeah it was not for

enjoyment trust me. We're getting swole. Anyway, we have some news stories. Our top story is

from CBS News. Massive cat weighing over 40 pounds was adopted in Virginia.

I think I saw this story because there's someone holding the cat and it's really big. Is it black and white or something?

A massive cat weighing in at 40.3 pounds has been adopted.

The Richmond Animal Care and Control Shelter in Virginia said Wednesday on Facebook.

The fluffy white cat with gray spots and a Gray Tail has been looking for a new owner who could help maintain his special diet and get him to a healthy weight, the shelter said.
