It's been a little bit, but we're going to blast out one mini here real quick. And this is probably either going to be a series on this particular topic, or it's going to stand alone and be a premise or a foundation for a future series. I've dropped some hints on foundations of apostasy, and that's a series that I'm going to

start with Rod on the minis.

This may or may not be part of that, but it will at least pave the way for that.

And this idea is regarding the corruption over time of truth so if you think about the second law of

thermodynamics right that that things move from order to disorder over time they don't get more ordered they don't get more complex right this is

not the the x-men universe where a mutation gives you a superpower right in the real world

a mutation makes you a liability it makes it makes that animal die early right Right. The whole premise of Darwin's theory of

evolution was, well, if you give it enough time and you give it enough mutations, then perhaps

one of those mutations will be a benefit. And yet we never, ever see that in nature. It's always

a detriment to that animal. It's always the weakest one of the group.

And the same thing happens with truth. When you start with an idea, when you start with a philosophy, something that is objectively true.

And Rod, I guess we should even back up from there a moment because so many people today

in our postmodern world don't even accept the idea of objective truth.

It's relative.

So we even have to start with that axiom that there is such a thing as objective truth.
