Hello, friends, and happy New Year. I hope you had a restful holiday season.

I thought it would be fun to share a personal update for this first episode of the year,

reflecting on key observations from 2024 and what's on my mind for 2025.

shocking for me to look back on the catalog and realize that

it's been a full three years since Asha left the show. Those episodes are tips for gentle

entry into the new year, embracing microgoals, and sustainable habits and joyful goals.

Here are my key observations from 2024, and I didn't plan it this way, but they all cluster

around C words, which I thought was kind of funny.

The first really big one was that contentment is possible.
