Today I want to talk about something that I was chatting with a friend about recently,

my new holistic wellness tracking situation.

As a little bit of background, the past few months have been really hard.

I can't go into it all for both personal and some actual legal reasons,

but life has been a lot. And my mental health especially has taken a hit in the midst of a lot

of stress and anger and questioning of humanity. I promise I'm not being melodramatic here.

This is all very real, sadly. And it's also been a little

strange because I've felt somewhat disjointed because in some ways, even while I've been having

a lot of stress and anger and questioning of humanity, I've also been tuned into things that

bring me a lot of joy like my wonderful family and producing this podcast,

which is such a lifeline for me. And it's just really weird to hold both of those things.

And also I know that that's the human experience, to hold tough things and joyful things at

the same time. So physically, all of the stress was really taking a toll. And in early April,

it occurred to me that I'm turning 50 this year. And I really felt this deep sense that I did not

want to enter my next decade in the way that I was feeling in that moment. And so I really started
