0:13.1

relationships to home and more. Think of me like that friend you text or call when you need a quick

0:18.1

piece of compassionate and candid advice. Send me your questions.

Today's question came via email and is about charcutory boards. The listener writes, I'd love a

0:28.4

mini edit on your charcutory boards. You've mentioned your love of them a few times and I'd like to

1:40.4

never know what you might find there. So for example, I like to have different categories of food represented.

1:46.8

Produce, I usually get things like baby carrots, snap peas, grapes, think colorful.

1:53.0

Crackers, some of my favorites include their fig and olive crackers, round pita crackers,

1:58.3

the everything seasoning crackers, and then Vi loves the cheesy cracker sticks

2:02.5

in the orange box. Also, cheese is a must, and people like different kinds of cheese, so I always

2:08.1

get a few different kinds, usually a block cheddar, Manchago. I love the mushroom brie, and it's a nice

2:14.6

small triangle size too. Mo mozzarella, whatever you're into.
