So, and I will have more stories throughout the summer. Have one on the run defense coming up, why they feel it's going to be better and why it has

to be better.

Of course, it has to be better.

And it was the number one thing to correct this offseason.

That and finding a way to get more takeaways.

Not about the pass rush from the edge guy.

It's about takeaway, stopping the run.

Improve in those

areas, they're going to be really in much better shape. Anyways, so check that on ESPN.com.

And I will be doing several podcasts a week for the next couple weeks, and then in July, I'll be

kind of throttling down to a couple, trying to take a little bit of a break we'll see um but then

obviously ramping up the timetable for training camp is going to be around you know july 22nd 23rd in that

range um so here you go the rookies will report several, several days before that.
