Summary
This week we discuss the book Archetypes: Who Are You? by Caroline Myss. Although there are an infinite number of archetypes, this book explores 10 patterns: the Advocate, the Artist/Creative, the Athlete, the Caregiver, the Fashionista, the Intellectual, the Queen/Executive, the Rebel, the Spiritual Seeker, and the Visionary.
Ms. Myss states, ” Archetypes speak to us in a language of myths and symbols, perfectly suited to a society that has become fluent in high-tech code, instant messages and Twitter-speak. The only difference is that archetypes originate in our cosmic intelligence and not in our technical awareness.”
Join us as we discuss and explore each archetype and how becoming more familiar with each can lead to greater self acceptance and also a greater understanding of someone else’s viewpoint on life!
