So tell me how do you get strong for this stuff I do it anyways I've run a lot but I have incorporated the cross training to make sure that I you know cover all aspects since it's required in order to do

All of those things. I do a lot of functional training actually so a little bit more dynamic and I do incorporate a lot of body weight resisted stuff too.
