Like, if I put you in eight potato sacks, I would be able to tell that there was a physique under there. Like, you clearly have been a lifelong athlete. And I think that's so cool. I want to preface this and I want to say it so that women can get the message because I've worked with every kind of female.

I've worked with every demographic, a lot of countries, you know, very famous people to whatever, stay at home moms that, you know, farm town in USA. It doesn't matter

who the female is. It is the same, and that is the lesson that I've learned this year,

it is the same issues that stand in the way, whether you have a lot of help or resources or

whether you don't. And it usually comes down to prioritizing

someone that has five kids and their husband is, you know, they're a single mom or their husband
