It's called mindset reset because truth be told, your mindset determines your money,

your peace, your relationships, and everything. Now, before we get into it, let me be real with

you for a second. There was a season of my life where I was working 16 hour days. I was raising

children, building my brain, keeping the house together, managing everything. And I wore

exhaustion like a trophy. I thought that being strong meant I had to be tired. I thought being

successful meant that I always had to be available for every single phone call, every

text, and every invite.

I thought rest was for people who did not have those.

And if y'all had followed me for years, I have even put up videos like, why are you

resting?

What you sleep before?

Work, work, work, work, work.

Okay.

Now, sis, i was drowning in

achievement i was drowning in pressure i was looking successful online but i was feeling like i was

losing myself behind the scenes it wasn't until i gave myself permission to rest that everything

started shifted in my life

and in my business.
