So the topic today is mental tricks rich people use to make more money now.

How about that for a kick-ass topic, right?

But you know what, Julie, the fact is, and I,

you know, we talked about this all last week, and I've seen more signs of it.

Guys, a lot of you are starting to mentally and emotionally check out of the real estate industry

and you're doing it at a really horrible time of year. I'm seeing it in the nature of some of your comments.

I mean, we've been doing this for a long time so we can read the tea leaves. I know it's

expected and it's normal, but a certain percent of the agents out there are just basically

only part-timers and they're going to be, you know, done after, say, for example, July.

But the vast majority of you, especially those who bought our book, Harris Rules, who listen to this podcast,

but alone those who have taken the next smart move and become premier coaching members,

all of you, you guys cannot be checking out this time of year.

And anyway, because if you check out mentally and you check out emotionally, you are going to check out financially.
