This week for our Feel Good Friday episode, we're going to shake things up a bit.

It's going to be a little less goofy, a little less juvenile, a little less, a little less silliness. You know, we're going to, we're going to tuck away the silly willy, and we're going to bring out a little bit more of

the, the real talk. However, we are going to keep this in the realm of Feel Good Friday because I feel

like by the end of this episode, you're going to feel really, really good. This Friday's episode,

we sat down to talk with Dr. Timothy Walker.

Timothy Walker is a psychotherapist who specializes in mindfulness.

And the original intention was to have like a 20, 30 minute conversation that, again,

we would tag on to one of our normal Friday feel good episodes.

But this conversation ended up going a little bit longer

because it was very evident that the three of us really needed to hear this,

especially in the time that we're currently going through,

especially with all of the

horrible news that came out of Nova Scotia this past weekend.
