of society and for those of you who are new to the program, each week we turn to our

is failing miserably when it comes to etiquette and general behavior and we tell you how

to do better and this week, Casey, oh my gosh, this is one of the most valuable mind your

manners we've ever done, it is what to do when you forget someone's name, who were

hubu.com hotline Susan, how are you? I am doing great, it is wonderful to be back for

those that probably don't know and listen early on my sister passed away a couple

weeks ago, so I've been away for a while but I've received nothing but amazing love

and support and that includes from both Rob and Casey, so thank you so much and I bring

that up to also share how this topic became top of mind for me as well because my best friend

was visiting from Arkansas and we were talking about kind of what else was happening in our

lives and we both have small children so we're kind of on the front end of our elementary

school journey and she's at a new school, she lives in northwest Arkansas and then of

course our church is growing, we're on the campaign trail, I'm meeting a lot of new folks

and we were just talking about how we're both really struggling with remembering names

sometimes because we're meeting lots of new people right now.

So years ago Casey and I have both worked, we didn't know each other but we have both

worked for the same radio station owner and Casey will know who this is and he was very

pleasant to be around at least to Casey and he used to call everybody buddy and I'm totally
