Bless up everybody, I know I am Heinz and today, in Heinz Say, this is your morning cup of tea.

And this morning, let me tell you, my mind has been opened.

My mind has been opened to another world of possibilities.

And it's a reality I didn't even know existed.

And this world I experienced, it's a new world of possibilities, creativity and connection.

I know I'm being very vague right now, but if you follow the journey, you will soon see what I am talking about.

Now, excited as I feel right now, I'm also like, I can't believe my mind wasn't thinking this way before.

How many other things are in the world for us to experience that will ignite our soul, unite our mind, body and spirit to limit this capabilities, opportunities.

A lot of us have been in a routine for quite some time.

You know, we do the same thing every single day, we see the four same walls every single day, we eat the same thing every day, we see the same people every day.

We don't feel challenged at work, maybe we don't feel challenged in our creativity, we don't feel challenged in our relationships.

Maybe some of us are too scared to step out of our comfort zones, right?

We all love our comfort zones too, we like to know how things are going to be, right?

Because in a primal sense in our instincts, we know it's safe.

But a lot of us, there's new worlds for us to experience, new places for us to go inside our mind, and we have to give ourselves the opportunity to be exposed to these new ideas, to this new information, to these new people.

You may be one person away from meeting in your life to completely change your perspective and ignite your spirit.

What I'm saying is, we need to spice our life up a little bit, we need to find new things to learn about, right?

I'm finding new creative things to learn about, things I've never done before, realizing like, wow, I can express myself in totally new ways.

I feel my soul wanting to talk to new people, getting to know new people, because I want to learn about myself, because I realize when we meet people, we're hanging out and we're talking, just in conversation, that dance of dialogue, that is a reflection, people will teach us about ourselves through themselves.

Not consciously, it just happens, you know, and I just feel this year, we expanding, we got to get excited about life.

The same four walls you look at every day aren't the only walls in this earth, we got to bust those walls down and open our mind to the possibilities.

All we know at this point is everything we've experienced, and we've experienced one percent of what this world has to offer, because there's so much amazing stuff in this world to experience.
