Man, uh, things are, things are weird right now with, uh, with markets, which makes, you know,

which makes, uh, sometimes people's anxiety levels rise and, and maybe we could take a little,

take a little wisdom from our boy Snoop Dog in our credits, and we can just roll down the street

and sip a little endo, or wait, no, rolling down the street and sip a little endo or wait no rolling down the street smoking endo yeah smoke

the endo sip on a little gin and juice and calm ourselves down because dude it is it is wild and

it's funny i had a i had a had a client call in. She was just real nervous. And we went directly to look at her cash flows. And I told her, I said, look, even if you, and when I showed it to her, you know, the math is just the math. It doesn't lie. I was was like even if we had awful markets for the next 10

years you are still okay and because she was asking you know gosh should I just sell out and go to cash
