We're watching the Fed today as we tape on Wednesday morning. The Fed having a

meeting, expected Fed decision. I'll let Martin tell you about that since he's been talking about

the Fed for seemingly a year now. How years it feels like? Interest rates going up. I've got some

thoughts. How this affects housing. I've got some thoughts martin has some thoughts too so we'll talk
