a presidential candidate for allegedly engaging in insurrection, obviously referring to

Donald Trump

and whether his name can be legally stricken from ballots

as we approach the 2024 election.

A Colorado decision, of course,

that barred Trump from the ballot recently has certainly been in the news.

Trump's attorneys are seeking to keep his name on the Colorado ballot defeat a legal

challenge that could broadly threaten his candidacy.

So we'll talk about all of those things and more here on the show.
