I'm Neil McCready, joined as always by Martin Polomo from Argent Wealth there in Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Hey, Martin, I was in Rustin, by the way. I saw the Argent offices there.

Nice, man. Yeah, yeah. I was in rusting a few weeks ago too yeah uh you know

the big metropolis of uh you know actually and it's it is funny like how much business i mean

rustin punches way above its way class it for such a small town it does yes it's so funny about

rustin is um we were there for the wedding and we've not been there

in a long time.

We had not spent any time in Rustin since 2000.

They've added some things since you've last been back then. But we would, you know, we would need to go somewhere. And my wife, Laura is, and I mean this is a compliment, is one of these people that she's not going to be late. Okay. I mean, never going to be late, ever. And that's a great trait to have. But if you don't rain that in, sometimes you'll be someplace 45 minutes early.

And she would say, well, we need to go. And I'm like, Laura, the one thing about Rustin you have to remember is no matter where you're going, it takes five minutes. Not six, five.

Yeah. And so the wedding is in an hour. If we leave right now, we're going to be sitting in the church for 55 minutes. We have time. She's like, well, I just don't want to be late. I'm like, well, as long as we leave with five minutes to spare, we won't be late. It's fine. And I'm like, she's like, well, what about traffic? I'm like, there won't be traffic. It's five minutes. That includes traffic. Everything. It's five minutes in any direction wherever you want to go, you'll be there in five minutes. That's great. And over the course of the weekend, she's like, because my kids would start messing with her because she's just wired to be like, oh, yeah, I'm concerned about being late. And over the course of the weekend, the kids would like time things. And it was like, yeah, five minutes. It took us five minutes. I'm like, I'm just telling you, it's never got five minutes. But you're right. Rustin does sort of a punch above its weight class. It was interesting. It's incredible. Yeah yeah it was just interesting to be back um even though

it's you know it doesn't doesn't look today like it looked in my mind yeah from you know my childhood

um it's weird how being back in a place can be so comforting.

Like there was a, there was a, like a nostalgia that just came over me.

And don't get me wrong, I wouldn't move back to Rustin to save my life.

I don't think.

I think I'd be miserable living there, but there was a

nostalgia about just being back for a couple of days that was really rejuvenating, if that makes any

sense. No, it does, man. I mean, we do that obviously, well, I say obviously, I shouldn't say obviously.

There's probably a lot of people that, you know, that don't know my story. But anyway, I, you know that don't know my story but anyway i you know
