I'm right now watching Francine move through Oxford.

She is dropping a pretty good bit of rain and some wins.

There's some gust of winds.

It reminds me of my days, Martin, when I lived on the, on the Gulf Coast.

And when the hurricanes rolled through, you could sort of feel the wind bands come through.

This is like that a little bit, but obviously Oxford is, you know, considerable distance away from the coast.

So these wind bands have been minimized to a degree.

But we're getting some rain here in Oxford.

So if you are like us and you're getting affected by the weather,
