Now administering third eye drops. We all have days where we feel depressed, less than, useless, like hope is just beyond us. I've certainly experienced it. In fact, let's make it awkward.

Yesterday was one of those days for me. I did next to nothing productive. I had no energy and I just felt generally

apathetic. And I say this not to complain, not for sympathy, not because I think I have some

diagnosable illness and I'm crying out for help. I say it just because it's true. It's human. It's something we all have to grapple with to varying

extents. And by the way, if that is a beast that you have to wrestle with more than most, or for

extended periods, for whatever reason, whether you're going through something tragic,

whether you've been diagnosed with something, or

you're like me and every now and then you just get in this lethargic funk, where you feel like

a useless shit stain

you feel like a pussy pimple on the butt cheek of a vagrant

like a sentient blemish on the ass of a man who looks like he should live north of the wall in Game of Thrones,

except that's really just how he looks full time.

I don't know what conjured up that image for me.

Regardless, all goofs aside. My heart really does go out to you if you're in

that spot and this is the part where I would,

I suppose I'd want to tell you some cheese ball shit

about why there's hope.

But thank Zeus, you don't have to take it for me because my perspective on the subject really isn't all that powerful or remarkable.

But our guest today's is powerful.
