Now the ministering Third Third eye drops. I am beyond excited for this fantastic mind meld with comedian

Knowledge Seaker and psychonaut Shane Moss.

I hugely enjoy conversing with the man and every time I do I am reminded of the importance

of not only the experiences that we have but the subjective act of interpreting those experiences and the ongoing

stories we build from them, which I guess you can call all of our respective philosophies.

And Shane and I have many overlapping experiences

and many overlapping beliefs,

but we also tend to interpret similar experiences in different ways.

I evidently got pretty sidetracked at some point because I don't even know why or what I was originally looking up,

but I for some reason looked up philosophy is on Google and the first two suggestions are

quote dead and bullshit so so philosophy is dead and philosophy is bullshit.

And unfortunately I could not resist the carrot so I followed through with the search.

Philosophy is dead and the primary culprit seems to be a speech that Stephen Hawking gave to Google's

zeitgeist conference in 2011, in which he went on to claim philosophy is dead and quote

Scientists have become the bidders of the torch of discovery in our quest for knowledge
