This is Michael Philip, at least that's what I'm told, and I have really been wiggling with

how to put this, my friends.

But here's what I've settled on, humidity, a palpable sense of wetness gathering in the

atmosphere that hasn't yet broke out but is undeniably charging up the level of humidity

where you don't need some guy in a suit pointing at a map to tell you something is happening.

You can just sense it instinctually.

I think that is where we're at with the extraterrestrial question.
