I was just talking about this with my wonder brother Eric Godzi on a live stream we did.

It feels like you're not allowed to be well right now.

Like if someone called you and said, hey X, how are you? You getting by?

It feels like only a tone-deaf scarlet letter branded jerk would say,

actually I'm fabulous.

I mean, it feels like you're not allowed to say that.

And on one hand, I get it.

You don't want to be disrespectful to the many

people who are going through a spiny shitty uncertain patch right now it's kind of a sociopathic thing to do on one level, but on the other hand,

this is it, this is your life. And you should never have to apologize for being well wonderful

spectacular or any permutation thereof I would argue.

I don't know if that untwisted anybody's wonder nuggets,

but I hope it did, because it's one of my favorite things to do,

unkink the curiosity hose, let the juice loose. You deserve it,

especially right now and I hope that's what this mind-melled with my man,
