But there is a phrase that Hamilton uses in this podcast that

really stuck with me. It was the first thing that popped into my mind when I hit record and that phrase I'm going to pronounce

this poorly I'm sure is Bria Bria which apparently means to make shine.

And he describes how one of the goals of all of his ceremonies

as a shaman is to make everything shine.

And that's something that was imparted to him

And I thought it was so beautiful because despite our perception,

Because reality, no matter how you slice it, no matter how many injustices and issues are ping-ponging around within it, no matter how beige it may appear to you in your daily routine, reality is miraculous and absolutely remarkable.
