Nobody knows how what they do is going to impact people. I've talked to hundreds of people on this

show. I make it every week. I never have a goddamn clue what's going to happen. I don't think any of those hundreds of people I've talked to really do either. Some people have a knack for what they do always just seems to come

but if you press them on exactly

how they do what they do by what mechanism

it always just seems to come down to the fact that they do it over and over again

until it works. Let's take these intros, for example, or shit, even third eye drops at large, I would say.

I think what I'm mostly doing is massaging my own soul or doing some sort of rhetorical chin up.

In other words, I think I'm giving myself therapy or catharsis or a wonder injection or whatever it is that I'm attempting to do with each given occasion of pontification.

Because if I try to conjure up what I think is relevant to you all,

what you're afflicted with or lacking or grappling with or are inspired by or think is funny.

Really I'm just making a hypothesis. I'm making an educated guess informed by my own subjectivity.

And that's really all I have. All I can do is play a game of idea catch off the wall of my own conscience, especially because I'm doing this completely

alone, but I start the process and I hope whatever I'm blathering about is relevant that

it resonates on some level.

And that's pretty much it because the truth is I don't know.
