Summary
In this episode, Dr. Les Carter highlights two of the most common aspects of narcissism: control and manipulation. Narcissists actually believe you should filter your way of life through them. So, when you act, think, or prioritize differently, they are not bashful about bringing you under their controlling agenda. And true to their nature, they will use all sorts of gaslighting tactics to accomplish their purposes. In this episode, Dr. C identifies eight of the most common mind games they use. Knowledge is power, and as you are able to see in real time how you are being manipulated, you will be poised to stay out of their clutches.
