Summary
Millie Mack is Back!
After sitting down with Hame for a chat on her 1 year soberversary, we thought we would do it all over again to celebrate her 2nd year of being alcohol-free.
The second year is not always an easy one and Millie has felt the full spectrum of what that can feel like. In this conversation, Hame and Millie discuss the return of her anxiety, panic attacks and depression. The difficulty she felt in returning to the medication which she thought she had left behind forever and the struggles she has had with her relationship with food. Plus, Millie share the relative relief she felt at being diagnosed as ADHD.
It's not all doom and gloom though! They had a laugh discussing Millie's tools for navigating a fear of flying without alcohol and share tips on how to make dance floors less frightening!
We cannot thank Millie enough for her honesty and vulnerability in this conversation. As you will hear Millie is as strong as ever in her sobriety and has big plans for 2025!
As ever, please pass this episode onto someone who needs to hear it most.
