In the business world here in the United States, it's the fastest growing generation.

Now, they're also known as Generation Y, or Echo Boomers.

This group was born in the early 1980s, all through the early 2000s.

There, for the most part, children of older Gen Xers and baby boomers.

Millennials basically fall into two categories.

One group is more traditional.

They're career-minded.

They want to make money.

They want to have power at work.

Let's get started.

We have much work to do.

The other group you probably heard more often about.

They still live at home.
