When we're being so hard on ourselves and we're trying to do all the things, we miss it.

We miss it.

And it makes it so that we just experience a lot of the overwhelm in parenting and not

as much of the joy in those small moments and in the imperfections of our life.

We have a very exciting guest today.

We have Dr. Sterling, she's an OBGYN.

She holds online classes for new and expecting moms.

She has a super successful, if I could talk today, that would be great.

Maybe I could make my mouth work.

Instagram page, she talks about the millennial parenting problem and she has these reels that

are so funny, so relatable and I'm just excited to talk to her because I just think she's

not only super knowledgeable, but she also is just like very real and funny and fun.

I appreciate when someone who's like in the medical field kind of steps out a little bit

of the box and gets really personable with people.

You know, it doesn't feel so.

I don't know, I don't know if you call it like good bedside manners or what you would

call it, but it's where it doesn't feel like you're being talked at.

You're being talked to and you're not seen as just a patient, you're seen as a person.

While she doesn't see patients anymore, she just has her Instagram and her classes and

workshops.
