Hey, everyone, and welcome to episode number 54 of the Chris Rose Rotation, a production of

John Boy Media. Once again, no co-hosts this week, and I appreciate everybody's patience with the

schedule. As you can see, I'm not at the Rose Abode. I'm in Las Vegas. We're shooting another season

of Battlebots, season six, so I don't have a lot of off days and they can't exactly coincide with the

availability of our co-host. So I'm going to continue right now a one-on-one discussion with

a particular guest. And today it's Mike Estremski of the San Francisco Giants. Obviously,

in baseball lore, you know the last name Yostremski, but Mike's story is so much different than

that of his Triple Crown winning and Hall of Fame grandfather, Carl,

because it took him a while to get through the Oriole system.

He had to leave Baltimore to finally get his shot at basically age 30 with the San Francisco Giants,

and he has certainly made the most of it.

He's a guy that's super smart, worked his way

through Vanderbilt. He's super intelligent. He's very appreciative. And he's got a lot of great

stories to tell. So let's get to it with Mike Yostremski of the San Francisco Giants.

right now. So do you actually travel with Barry Bond's old recliner? Is that what that is that you're

sitting in? It might be. I don't know. If that's the case, I'm very glad to be sitting in it.

I mean, you guys have the most pro PR department. If that's the chair you travel with do we take that thing on the road

I mean that's an impressive setup on the road yeah you know this is uh you're in new york so you got

show out you know okay i got it see i'm in Vegas right now i'm shooting a show called battlebots

which i'm sure you've never heard of before it's a big robot competition so i'm here for two
