I think it's a leadership thing. They've made a point or maybe not publicly, but his actions

have pointed that they do not want any of the leaders of last year's team on this year's team.

Where the captains, whether it was David Andrews, we all love, Kyle Dugger, Cardona, guys that were big locker room leaders, former captains have all been shown the door.

And I think that Mike Frable said, I don't want leaders that took this team to eight wins in two years.

I want new leaders.

I want a new generation of Patriots to come in with me
