We have team coverage first to our Emily Maha, live outside the courthouse in

Adelboro, where she just got her hands on the allegations against Barmore.

Well, Jen, I just got a copy of that two-page police report that alleges Patriots' defensive tackle Christian Barmer assaulted his girlfriend, the mother of his child. That report says it was filed earlier this month after Barmore's girlfriend called Mansfield

police, saying he threw her to the floor in August at the home where he lives.

The report says as she tried to get up, Barmer grabbed her by the neck of her shirt before

letting her go.

The report goes on to say Barmore rushed at the woman but never touched her, saying the

incident happened in front of the couple's two-year-old child. The report says Barmore's girlfriend told police she

had bruises sending a photo to officers. It goes on to say she called a car service

that the New England Patriots provide to players saying that car service drove

her and her daughter to Delaware. The report says Barmore's girlfriend told police she didn't come forward earlier out of fear of retaliation,

but eventually decided to move forward with charges in September.

Also included in court documents is an email from Barmore's girlfriend to police sent earlier this month,

saying she no longer wanted to move forward with those charges.

We've reached out to the New England Patriots for any comment or statements, but haven't heard back.

Christian Barmore is said to be arraigned here in court in February.
