What do you take away from what Bryce Young has been through in the last calendar year

that equips him to move this thing forward now in 2025?

I would say the biggest thing is that he continued to lead throughout that process.

I think that he earned a lot of respect from his teammates, me that regardless of the situation he didn't

agree with me on the decision not to play him but he worked and he kept leading and he was showing me

this is my team and he was showing his teammates you're my guys like and he was showing his teammates, you're my guys,

and he would stay in front and he would touch him and talk to him.

And then came back in, and then we started to grow together, and then building into that

in the offseason, the leadership continued.

That this career is going to pan out in a positive way. Yeah, there is. There definitely is hope. It did, I mean, he looked like a different guy when he got in late in the year. And we saw him move in the pocket and make some throws that way, you know, extend plays, do all that. He's very slick with the football.

We know that. But he looked like a different guy. Comfortable hanging in there a little bit more making plays that we saw in college football. We'll see if that carries over. It's going to be
