And one of the greatest agents that I know in the United States is in Massachusetts. And his name is Michael Urban. So Michael, welcome to today's interview. And thank you for taking the time. me on here. It's a, it's an honor to be on your show for sure. So, you know, looking at our

pictures side by side, it looks a little bit like before and after. I don't know if you put

before on the after, but that's funny. Yeah. Well, so this is what happens after you do a whole bunch of coaching calls.

Well, so let them know where you sell real estate and just give them a little bit of background,

you know, just some, you know, share some info about you, so they love you as much as we do.

Okay.

So I'll start with uh where i came from so i was a blue collar electrician for 10

years pretty much right out of high school my dad had a business and uh you know i was in the trenches

you know i was in the trenches crawl spaces addicts you know 120 degree addicts and um you know

i knew that i didn't want to do that forever. And I knew I

wanted to change my life and the trajectory of my life and really the lives of my family.

Right. So started selling real estate in the Northeast Pennsylvania area and built out a good book of business there. I was one of the top agents for

multiple years in a short amount of time there. And then, you know, I wanted to challenge myself.

I couldn't do anything else there. I pretty much capped out and decided to take my family,

move to Boston, Massachusetts. And here we are. So I have, still have my business

in Pennsylvania, but also I'm here in the Boston area, selling real estate, but doing this
