Well, hello again, Gary. It's great to be back with you. Thank you for having me.

Our pleasure. When I was doing a little bit of research of my own, getting ready for our

conversation, out of curiosity, I put in, it's Northwest Crossing is the name, right?

Correct.

I put it in, and it's really amazing because there were a number of homes.
