In a minute, I'll be joined by former Redskinned foolback, Mike Sellers,

and I wanted to have Mike back on for two reasons.

One is his health.

Let's get a health update.

He had posted something on Instagram that, like, I know, a few, that it was like he had

been in the gym for five weeks backlifting.

If you remember, I had him on the podcast last year talking about the health issues that

he's undergone, some severe health issues,

heart transplant, et cetera, just a brutal situation, but things look good for sellers.

But the other part is he coached K-Tron Allen at IMG Academy in high school.

Coached him for three years.

So I've been looking to bring on somebody to talk about K-Tron.

And so Mike knows him very, very well. And he knows what this team needs very, very well. So we talk, I talked to Mike about both those topics. So I hope you enjoyed. Stay tuned for that in a minute.
