Good morning junkies. How are you guys doing? We're doing all right and uh let's start with

key boom three home runs and very limited at bats. It's good to see what he's doing.

Yeah I mean uh you know when you have Tommy John surgery you're in West Palm Beach for a year

by yourself for the most part or with a very few handful of guys and uh he like a lot of other

guys with that surgery and that rehab really focused in on the you know his body as you know

as the entirety of his body you know getting stronger more flexible and that type of thing

while he's waiting for the Tommy John to uh to kick in so uh he's done a lot of work. I give

a kid a lot of credit that never gave up and and it's uh worked extremely hard to get back to

where he is and I think that uh you know the the strength in his in his swing and the best speed

and that type of thing is is kind of evident that that's been an improvement uh you know since the

surgery and it's what about his confidence I mean this has certainly got to help that

well it certainly is you know whatever you're you know whether you're going good you know you're

feeling good about yourself you know everything is better and uh you know you walk into this thing

you know he had played two years in the big leagues and uh you walk in and you're you know
