0:56.6	And I know you have thoughts on the significance of that, but procedurally he is challenging it on constitutional grounds.
1:08.0	And so that issue has to be decided before he even gets in to in front of the grand jury.
1:17.4	And yeah.
1:19.4	His argument is that so just just as a little trip down memory lane Mike Pence
1:29.7	challenged the January 6th committee's subpoena for him to testify by claiming
1:36.4	executive privilege.
1:38.0	Did he? I thought he just wasn't subpoenaed. I actually thought there was like some secret
1:43.1	agreement between his staff and the January 6th committee because they all were
1:46.8	super cooperative and then they the committee is like we don't need to talk to Pence
1:50.5	because you know we've already gotten all this amazing information from these guys.
1:55.7	You might be right.
1:56.7	They might not have issued it, but he definitely basically said that that would be the
2:01.8	grounds that he would challenge it, that it would be unprecedented for, you know, Congress to ask him to testify about conversations he had with the president.
2:10.4	So he was intimating that he would invoke executive privilege in that
