and at the same time promotes Trump's accomplishments.

He tries to take credit for him,

but he says the Trump Pence Administration.

You know that the vice president is not driving the presidency.

Shaney had more influence in the Bush campaign and in the Bush administration

than any vice president in history.

That's the fact everybody knows it.

Pence was not running the show.

Pence was sitting quietly happy to be at the table

and delighted that they would film the cabinet meeting

and there was Pence sitting there quietly,

never speaking because he wasn't allowed to speak.

That's why he spent the whole night last night

raising his hand and trying to talk,

because he spent four years as vice president never getting to talk

because Trump had no use for him.
