All right, it's good to get back on the field today.

You know, I thought guys, you know, building office,

Sundays practice or whatever, you know,

you all know the day, I mean, our Sunday practice.

I thought with good energy that day, you know, obviously today,

they don't implement some of the the

details of game plan but you know really just trying to have as much focus on on the

fundamentals the technique making sure that we're we're clean and sharp and

discipline and where we're supposed to be what we're supposed to do and then you know just really

pushing the you know the utilization of of those techniques and fundamentals to allow us to have the power that we that we have and you know

I thought our guys there was it was you know good competition some good

speed work you against each other but you know obviously as we get into

this get into this week you a lot a lot of

unknown of what we might face so you were trying to throw a lot at them trying to

try to challenge them with a bunch of different looks and just you know really

work on the response of what we might face to you throughout the course of a practice

but also you're trying to prepare ourselves or what we might see you're here Monday night but you know

it's a good day and we'll go and work and build upon that tomorrow.

It's been a long time since a lot of these guys have practiced after losses, you know,

so what have you seen from them practice about that?

I mean, guys, you know, there's definitely a sense of urgency for improvement.

And, you know, we need that urgency every single day, whether it's after a loss, after a win,
