You're a good first day.

You know, obviously a lot of new faces.

But I thought the guys really did a nice job of, you know,

understanding the structure of what we want practice to look like.

You thought there was, you know, great speed, energy, you know,

be able to move around from place to place.

I thought the coaches did a good job of preparing the players and what to expect and you know obviously new installation you know we've

tried to maximize the walk-through time you know the meeting time that we've had

leading up to this and I thought the guys did a good job of being able to

you know for that to translate out to the field

you know really being the first day that we're able to go out there and go you know full speed

with a football and being able to work on the rhythm the timing you know I thought our guys did a

nice job you know in the winter program of being able to do that I I thought there was, you know, clean for the most

part in just, you know, the ability of throwing and catching or some good plays that were made

out there. I thought that the defensive guys, you know, moved around quick. You know,

I thought there's definitely some explosive movements. You know, had a couple of great plays on the

ball that showed up, you know, there in the defensive backfield.

It was good seeing guys, you know, like Jaylon Lucas got, you know, obviously his first, first reps back and, you know,

showed speed, explosiveness. I thought it was impressive. I thought the quarterbacks did a nice job on our first day,

you know, like I mentioned earlier, you know, defense of front moved well, you know,

obviously you're just in helmet, so there's some limitations when you see on the, you know, just the physicality of what's going to be there.

But you know, just trying to did a lot of work separately, you know, just trying toity of what's going to be there. But, you know, just trying to, did a lot of, a lot of real work separately,
