Welcome in to our first non-observation post-practice report.

This is going to be a little different guys.

We're not going to tell you about the guys.

The players that made spectacular catches in practice or the players that had big hits.

We're going to talk.

We do know who had an interception though.

Yeah, we got a name there.

We got some details.

We just spoke to Mike Norvell, Justin Cryer,

linebacker, Justin Cryer, and running back Cam Davis at the end of FSU's first spring practice.

Also, our first practice without access to watching practice in about five years here at Florida State.

But it's cool. We're all good. We're all good. We're moving on. But we did talk to Mike

Norvell. He wrapped things up. And then we also talked to a couple of players. So any big takeaways, Corey, I think the biggest thing I took away was just Mike Norville talking about,

he wouldn't go to details about the changes in practice, but talking to the players, it definitely sounds like there were some changes to the way they go about practice compared to a year ago.

Cam Davis talked a lot about how Gus Miles

on. It is super fast. Nobody is standing around watching. And if he actually said no BS, he's,

he said the word though, guys. He's he doesn't have a filter. But he just said that he cursed.

Oh, he did. Okay, Cam. I see you, buddy. I'm filtered, man. 2025. That's how we're rolling.

Yeah, yeah. But basically you got the impression that they were very quickly to business.

And I think that was probably the, maybe the biggest change, I would say, or biggest difference.

Yeah, and I just think it's fascinating.

And I asked Norville a couple of questions about that.
