just to the Mike Norville higher and kind of put a little bit of a bow on the circus that was the coaching search in general.

When I say circus, I don't necessarily mean institutionally, but the broader experience that was going through all of this.

I think it was appropriate that Norville had his press conference on Sunday because he was preaching.

That was, that was, that was, that was, that was preacher Norville that we got on Sunday.

I think you did a really good job with his press conference.

We'll jump into that in just a second, but I think we should start our show with discussing what, what started the press conference.

Which was the, the comments of John Thrasher and David Coburn.

A lot of stuff that I think is not really all that relevant, but some takeaways I had for it and jump in here whenever you want.

He talked about how they, they talked to a lot of candidates. They kept coming back to Norville.

I think that's, that's accurate. Actually, I think that they really did like Norville the first time that they spoke with them.

And one of the advantages you'll notice here of having the coaching search start so early was that they had a lot of time to vet Norville.

And I think, you know, because there was a lot of doubt in the industry as to why he didn't get any of those four jobs previously.

They needed their time to really cross their eyes and dot their T's to make sure that the info they were getting was, was good info.
