Good morning. Appreciate everybody being here today.

You know, coming off, you know, Saturday, much like I said in post-game,

you know, disappointing outcome, disappointing performance, you know, really all three phases,

you know, had, you know, elements, you know, just, you know, opportunities, but, you know, obviously not the results necessary

to be able to achieve success. And, you know, Carolina did a good job in their game plan

and their execution and, you know, won the game, you you know in really all three phases and

for what we what we needed what we you know set out to accomplish and you know

just did not do not play or coach well enough in that game to be victorious and so

you know obviously with that, you continue to, you know,

evaluate, learn, you know, work to grow.

I mean, there's, we still have, you know, three games left in the season,

and you have opportunity to go and get better.

And that's, that is my sole purpose, My sole focus is for everything that we have,

for these players that I get to coach, you know, to go pour everything I have into them, to make

sure that we are taking the positive strides and, you know, steps to improvement. And, you

each individual has ownership of action. Each individual, you know, has to make the choice of, you know,

the investment of what's being poured in. And then obviously the application of the, you know,

whether it's the things we're asking guys to do in practice, whether it's application of

schemes, of the application of things that are

necessary for us to go play complimentary football to achieve victory.

And we've not done that throughout the course of this season.

And we've had plenty of circumstances that have showed up.
