Coming off, you know, day three, first day in pads, I thought it was a good work day.

I thought the guys came with the right mentality.

You know, obviously going through three practices in four days, you know, you want to have a little bit of a push here at the front end of it.

Just in installation, you know, obviously, you know, trying to get the foundation set and built. But today, you know obviously you know trying to get

that the foundation set and built but today you know got to get a chance to see

the you know one of the most important elements is the the physicality you

know the knockback you know things that we're trying to instill you know

just in all positions and I thought there was the right attitude, right mindset.

You know, I think we're continuing to do a better job of, you know,

burst into the ball, you know, really on both sides, you know, trying to push tempo,

trying to, you know, make sure that we reinforce the importance of your effort will make the difference

and to have a relentless pursuit, whether you're an office alignment down the field, whether

you're a backside corner or whatever that position is, man, we want to see guys flying

into the ball. You know, I thought it was a good day. Had some explosive plays on both sides. You know, defense able to, you know, punch a couple balls out, which, you know, I like seeing, you know, just that, the pursuit and opportunity to create, you know, create takeaways. Obviously, I do a better job owning the ball. You know, you know, especially some of the young guys there, you know, offensively.

But then offensively, I thought we did a good job, had some, had some explosive plays that showed up, some big runs, a couple of, you know, vertical shots, you know, down the field and, you know, just a great opportunity with some back and forth.

But I thought guys came out and competed. You know, we've kind of, you know, kind of, you know, kind of kind of kind of kept the music and distractions down a little bit just to be able to hear

communication, want to hear guys communicating on the field, bringing, you know, kind of bringing

that mentality without any, you know, outside, you know, I guess encouragement.

You know, as we rolled through it,

I thought they did a good job in it.

But some guys who was the first pad at practice, you know, had some anxiety,
