I don't know, it's not breaking news per se, but happy to announce that we have come to an agreement to work with Louisiana for yet another year, it sounds like.

So, a fantastic partner for us, been with us since the first year of the Nolcast and people that we couldn't be more happier to continue to work with.

That is great news, and I'm actually just learning about this right now, I'm on the show, so my reaction is genuine, and if you were doing that to see if I was paying attention to your intro, it's awesome and automatic, at this point you used to cue me up, I was paying attention, that's good news man.

I enjoyed a little delicious Louisiana hot sauce today, in fact, made some collard greens at the house, and it's portnets and vegetables, you know, I've been lifting a lot lately, and been pretty sore, I gotta stop eating all this meat and not be a carnivore, and have a couple veggies, so.

Yeah, Louisiana helps make collard greens really good, they also have those Louisiana peppers, by the way, instead of the red sauce, if you want the clear pepper sauce, they also make that in certain grocery stores you can find that throughout the southeast.

Alright, so coming as no surprised anyone per se, but still a significant development in the baseball program, as you haven't had one of these in what, 44 years, 42 years, do have a mic martin still in charge, but this is mic martin junior, and a guy, look we're not gonna break down every piece of the press conference or what he said, but it was a guy at least that I got the impression was, was eager to display what he would be doing differently.

And the fact that he wouldn't necessarily be any type of version of a facsimile, facsimile me of his father.

Anger, I believe that word is facsimile.

Alright, so Matthew could either leave that in or take it out, depending, it's kind of funny.

So I mean, it had kind of a tough task here because he had to figure out a way in which he could say, hey, this is what I wanted to do differently without throwing his dad under the bus, the proverbily, of course.

And I think he did a fairly good job of that, right?

He emphasized that it's familiarity with the program is going to be a major asset. We all agreed with that.

But I thought the hire was a good hire, by the way. I think you thought it made a lot of sense as well, especially for the money they have to spend right now.

And look, why not see how it works out? It's not football, right?

Like, you can, if you did have a down year or two, it's not going to take your program forever.

But two of the things that stood out to me, and I guess we'll just take these one by one.
