listeners a bit about your experience through your own spiritual awakening.

Thank you so much for having me here. Yeah, it's an honor and I would love to share that with you and just, yeah, again, thank you for the opportunity to express myself here. So throughout this journey, I usually take it back to two kind of different aha moments and the first one was after, towards at the end of college I was, you know, in undergrad studying nutrition and I just, you decided to I would start doing my own

research outside of what was you know being taught in the regular curriculum and

just whatever was of interest to me and so decided to you know just start playing

around with it or trying different diets.

And then, so on doing that, what happened was,

but that just happened to what it be.

That's not how I eat or what I advocate for but that's just what it was at that time and so basically it was the first time I ever you know didn't eat all of you know all these processed foods and just you that might be causing, you know, some type of

inflammation or reactions within my body. And then I, within like a few days, I felt absolutely like incredible and just like my

brain, you know, came online. It felt like for the first time ever, you know came online it felt like for the first

time ever you know I always had a lot of brain fog and just kind of felt a little slow and lethargic

and then so I had this experience of being like oh my wow like, like I'm not stuck the way I am. And then that was the first,

aha that really led me from then on to just like becoming physically obsessed
