Yours was amazing. I was really blown away by the charts you had. And I just wanted to get people

a chance to sort of understand and get a taste of what you were showing us

because it's just so important. Four most dangerous words in investing, this time it's different, right?

Yeah, right. And you know what? When I try and present this to somebody that's got a certain

investment that's been very successful, they try to deny this and, you know, all bubbles burst throughout histories, all

And they try to come up with the justification of why it won't affect them, why they are
