Welcome to theefarocast everyone. This is Mike Hearn. I hijacked the

podcast because Aaron is still screwing around up in the north country.

And I have spent a significant amount of time

with today's guest, Mr. Cody Covey,

both in this season and in the last archery season so figured him and I

would hop on here and record a podcast so you guys had some content well

Aaron is away Cody what's up how man, back to the work grind for a few days and then back to the hills to fill some more

elk tags hope for the next couple of weeks until season's done.

All right, so what do you got left for hunting in September?

So my brother's got a limited entry elk tag in Colorado.

Our good friend Casey has the same tag so the plan is the week of

muzzle loader they're gonna be bow hunting that unit we're gonna go in there

for nine days hopefully get their tags filled.

And then I've got another buddy I grew up with in Vermont

who lives in upstate New York now.

He's flying out the 16th.

So he's gonna come, shack up with us for three days,

and then he's going to go to his limited entry unit,

which is the same unit.

I just killed that bullin,

and we're going to go hunt that the fourth week together

and kind of do some overlap.
